Affiliates

In addition to the operations at Phillips Real Estate Services, its owners have two separately licensed affiliated firms:

Metro Property Services, which manages and leases commercial properties from single owner string street retail to mid size shopping centers and high rise office buidlngs.  Phillips merged its commercial property portfolio and staff with another firm to form Metro and hired the talent of Kevin McNulty to manage this new entity.  This shift of business allows Phillips to concentrate its resources on the multi family and single family business, which has made the firm most successful to date.  

Bach and Associates, which provides project management services and condominium reserve analyses. This firm has grown to a staff of five full time individuals, with David Bach as President.  David is one of Washington State's only certified reserve study providers.  The qualifications of David and quality of his team make this firm a lead competitor amongst reserve study providers.

Both affiliate firms generate the majority of their business through referrals from other satified customers and business relationships.  They are considered often as an option to service Phillips' clients amongst others when a bidding opportunity arises.
