Discounted print and on-line advertising with local papers, including over 50% savings over the open rate with the Seattle Times/PI print ads. Volume pricing on appliances ordered through General Electric and Sears. The option to participate in group rates for elevator service through Thyssen Elevator Service. These savings are subject to change upon the vendor’s discretion. Additionally, our established relationships with major contractors and builders in the region and our extensive renovation experience help assure fair and reasonable maintenance costs.
